MY FINAL POST

Today,it's time to say goodbye. Unfortunately,this is my last post for my Educational Technologies course adventure. I have learned a lot in this course. Before the class, I couldn't imagine that we would be so active in the learning process. In the Information Technologies course we took last year, everything was teacher-fronted. But this year, we have been at front.I realized the fact that if we integrate technology into education,learning can be easier, more permanent and more benefical for students. We must keep pace with the developing technology.
What we did in this term?
First,we created our personal blogs for expressing ourselves clearly and more openly. We are bloggers now. Then, we created our podcasts. I liked podcasting the least. It was a little bit tough for me. We wrote a film review in Wiki. I liked this task the most. I learned creating a Wiki page and now i use this in my other tasks which require peer work. Then we created Padlet Wall. We did critical thinking and searched on the internet for new information what we wanted to know. And we created digital story telling. It was a group task. We learned how to work collaboratively. Lastly, each of us created an online film poster and an infographics about Web 2.0 Tools. I have learned all of them. Now, it is time to make my students use these tools in EFL classroom of which the teacher is me myself.
I have wrote ten posts ever. I would like to thank firstly my teacher Gökçe Kurt Tiftik for teaching me not only the most advantageous way of learning and teaching with the technology but also the most enjoyable way and of couse all of you for accompanying me on my Educational Technologies course journey.
